The covid-19 pandemic has presented unique challenges for all of us.  At the heart of New Way Agencies’ covid-19 response is always the health, safety and wellbeing of our clients and our staff who deal with you.

We have implemented the following measures to deal with the covid-19 pandemic:

  • Communicating with you, as and when any situation changes, that could impact you and the supports we may provide to you

  • Comply at all times with directions and policies issued by Queensland Health and the federal government, including directions that apply directly to the disability sector
